We also offer an excellent benefits package, including: Paid time off Flexible schedule Work‑from‑home options Health reimbursement 401(k) with company match THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR THE SCHEDULE This is a full‑time position, Monday–Friday, from 8 am–5 pm, with daily dispatch to job sites from home. YOUR ROLE In this role, you'll travel to project sites across Georgia to document progress, verify compliance, and support coordination between contractors and owners. You'll manage project files, review schedules and contracts, upload documentation, track hours and budgets, participate in progress meetings, issue meeting minutes, and review payment applications. OUR REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly across Georgia 1+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in technical documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organization, multitasking ability, and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Self‑starter mindset with the ability to meet deadlines independently An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, as well as experience with project management software such as Procore and BQE Core, and with energy efficiency, sustainability, or HVAC construction projects, is preferred.
