AI is changing how people search, how buyers discover products, and what good growth work even looks like. You'll own how Middesk gets found: SEO and AI/answer-engine search performance, an AI-assisted content system that multiplies our output without producing generic "AI slop," and a steady stream of 0→1 creative experiments built for organic reach and brand visibility. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing and the content team on what's working and why, and with Kyle directly on where we double down, shift, or kill a direction.This is an individual-contributor role, not a management seat on day one — but it's built for someone who thinks and moves like an owner: self-directed, comfortable with a flat and fast-moving reporting line, and ready to have a real voice in how this function gets resourced and structured as it scales.HybridWe follow a hybrid work model, and for this role, there is an expectation of 3 days per week in our NYC or SF office.
