Seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in a dynamic school environment near Camden Wyoming, DE. This is a full-time, contract opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about making a difference in the educational journey of children and adolescents. The position is set to begin as soon as possible and will span a 37.5-hour workweek, supporting a diverse student body in need of occupational therapy services.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • An active Occupational Therapist license (OT) in good standing.
  • Previous experience working within school settings, particularly with students on the autism spectrum or those facing behavioral challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working alongside educators, families, and other support personnel.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability in attendance and punctuality.
  • Reliable transportation, with comfort handling local commutes to school locations.
  • Capacity to pass required drug screening and background (including fingerprinting) checks.

As a school-based Occupational Therapist, responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans to address students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive needs within the academic setting.
