As a full-time remote Automotive Sales & Service Representative, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and enhance the customer experience while promoting products and services. Key responsibilities Handle customer interactions professionally, identifying needs and building rapport through effective discovery techniques Present and promote products, services, and membership benefits tailored to each customer's situation, while meeting sales goals and conversion targets Educate customers on available plans and solutions, applying consultative strategies to retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a call center, retail, or customer-focused environment Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals Must be 18 years of age or older Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and systems simultaneously
