Production Workers – 1st & 2nd Shift

Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA

• 1st Shift: $14.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $14.50 per hour
• Earn a $50 weekly attendance bonus when you work your full scheduled hours without missing time.

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC air filters. We are hiring dependable Production Workers for both first and second shift.

No previous air-filter manufacturing experience is required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday - 7:00 am–3:30 pm (OT based on business needs and can include Sundays)
• $14.00 per hour

2nd Shift

• Monday through Friday - 3:30 pm–12:00 am (OT based on business needs and can include Sundays)
• $14.50 per hour (this includes a .50 shift differential)

Depending on your assigned production area, your responsibilities may include:

• Assemble residential and commercial air filters.
• Place filter media, frames, wire, and other components into position.
• Operate basic production equipment after completing training.
• Inspect finished products for visible defects and correct assembly.
• Verify product sizes, labels, and packaging.
• Package, label, stack, and prepare completed filters for shipment.
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow work instructions, production requirements, and safety procedures.
• Report equipment or quality concerns to your lead or supervisor.
• Assist in other production areas as business needs change.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn different production tasks.
• Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting safety and quality expectations.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or machine-operating experience is helpful but not required.

• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Lift and move production materials as needed.
• Work in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary by season.
• Wear any required personal protective equipment.

• Weekly pay
• $50 weekly attendance bonus for eligible employees who meet attendance requirements
