We also offer tool accounts, continued education, and a top-notch benefits package, including:Health insuranceLife insuranceBonus structurePTOIRAGrowth opportunitiesUniformsCompany vehicleCompany tabletCompany parties ABOUT THIS ROLEThis is a full-time position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call rotation, overtime opportunities, and daily dispatch directly to job sites from home.As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll head to residential and light commercial calls where you'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and build clear, accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and add-on services, all while confidently communicating solutions to customers and documenting your work using a tablet. OUR COMPANYFounded in July 2021 by Aaron Kight, Kight's Quality Air is an HVAC company designed for those seeking meaningful careers.
