Senior Warehouse Manager

Manage U.S.-based 3PL partners to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance. Conduct regular audits, inventory reconciliation, and performance evaluations for third-party vendors. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize service levels and cost-effectiveness. Plan and prepare for future self-operated warehousing in the U.S., including process design and infrastructure development. Partner with finance on monthly reconciliation, variance analysis, and discrepancy resolution; ensure accurate reporting and budget adherence. Coordinate with global warehouses (e.g., Indonesia, UK, Russia) to standardize processes and enhance cross-regional collaboration. Serve as liaison between local teams, vendors, and headquarters to align operational objectives. Utilize ERP/WMS systems to streamline inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting. Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) with the ability to coordinate globally. 2+ years of warehouse management experience; FMCG or e-commerce background preferred. Proven experience managing 3PL providers required; self-operated warehouse experience highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Cross-cultural adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
