Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Rust Developer to join L3Harris' C5 division building mission-critical, high-reliability software that powers secure, real-time communications and command systems for defense programs. You'll design and implement performant, memory-safe services and embedded components in Rust, integrating with existing C/C++ codebases and hardware interfaces, while adhering to rigorous security and compliance standards.

Skills and Requirements
-Active Secret clearance
-3-8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years coding in Rust on production systems.
-Strong command of Rust fundamentals: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits/generics, async, error handling, and concurrency.
