Production Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Oklahoma City team. In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in delivering high-quality medical technologies that improve lives. Responsibilities Leading and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Managing and developing a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. Collaborating cross functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to optimize operations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards within a highly regulated environment. Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed. Supporting strategic planning and contributing to long term operational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, typically 7+ years in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing teams. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Experience working within regulated industries, preferably medical devices. Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
