Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator
Develop general understanding of all project Scope of Work, locations and customer contact information.
Assist PM in gathering submittal information. Develop submittal log and notify PM of action items on submittal if needed. Submit as needed.
Prepare and track, and file Project Subcontracts
Support project team to expedite and order material deliveries as needed.
Understand project billing process and schedule of values for assigned projects.
Gather monthly documents required for submittal with Monthly invoicing. Support PM with Monthly Close Out Documentation
Verify material tickets every week with correct item number and signatures.
Maintain Subcontractor communications and relations
Ensure subcontractors complete necessary invoicing documentation
Attend/Host Progress meeting with Managers and Subcontractors
Coordinate with Compliance Department for necessary documentation
Obtain Permits
Call in for locates
Invoice Approval (ComputerEase Approvals)
Review coding for accuracy
Additional duties as assigned
