Sr. Account Manager

Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager is the hub of it all: the connector, the driver, and the one who keeps both clients and internal teams moving in sync. You will own your accounts end-to-end, from the day-to-day details to the bigger-picture strategy, bringing clarity to complexity and momentum to every project. You're as comfortable building strong client relationships as you are navigating internal workflows, spotting opportunities, and pushing the work forward.

We're looking for someone to not only manage accounts, but lead them. Can you anticipate needs before they're voiced, solve problems before they surface, and bring a point of view that helps shape smarter, more effective work? If your answer is yes, you're just who we're looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, multi-channel accounts with minimal Director/Executive oversight
  • Develop Sr. Level client relationships and build trust
  • Identify organic growth opportunities by understanding the client's industry and business challenges
  • Partner with other departments and colleagues at various levels inside of the agency to develop strategies and foster deeper collaboration
  • Fully own account-level financial health, including forecasting and scope management, for multiple accounts
  • Provide mentorship to Account Coordinators/Account Managers
  • Aid in new business pitch efforts, operationally and via client presentations
  • Suggest process improvements based on mastery of internal agency dynamics

The Senior Account Manager should demonstrate:

  • Account Autonomy: Excellence is maintained across multiple clients
  • Operational Mastery: Mastered the way of moving work through the agency, solving issues before they reach the client or leadership within the agency
  • Strategic Influence: Demonstrate the ability to be viewed as a "consultant" who provides a distinct point of view on the client's industry (and beyond), helping to shape the direction of the agency's approach, rather than just executing it

Skills Required:

  • Hard: Hyper-organization, financial forecasting, strategic brief writing, scope drafting, RFP response, and AI workflow integration.
  • Soft: Operational intuition, emotional intelligence, mentorship, dynamic presenter, persuasive communicator, motivational.

Experience Required:

  • 5–8 years of experience.
  • Mandatory 4+ years of direct agency-specific experience

Environmental Demands:
