Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the plan of care
- Monitor residents’ health status, document vital signs, and report changes to the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure safety, infection control, and a clean, therapeutic environment; respond promptly to resident needs
- Provide timely updates to the supervising nurse and participate in care planning as needed

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maine
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
- Eligible for travel assignments (temporary assignment)
