Compensation Hourly Rate: $29.00 – $36.00 Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (paid out over 2 years) Employment Opportunities Full‑time and part‑time day shift opportunities available for all experience levels, including new Licensed Practical Nurse graduates. LPN Job Summary LPNs work under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and record all resident interactions to develop thorough documentation about their care. They help prepare residents for procedures and assist with routine recovery care after initial treatment. LPNs typically manage several residents at once, administering care according to a schedule and upholding medical routines and procedures.
