Reporting Coordinator Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid) Pay: $23/hour Contract: 6-Month Contract (Strong potential for permanent hire) Why This Role? Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Location: Southfield, MI 48075 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You’ll Be Doing Manage and process time-sensitive daily reports with accuracy and efficiency Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion Provide phone-based support to clients and financial advisors (about 50% of your day) Deliver a high-quality, service-first experience in every interaction Partner with team members in a collaborative hybrid environment Participate in meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts Leverage Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook) to support daily tasks Requirements 3+ years of Client Services or Customer Support experience Experience managing time-sensitive reports or deadlines Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone experience preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent Ideal Candidate You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
