Job Description

Commercial Lines of Insurance Agent

Must be able to communicate with clients in English and Spanish

Be able to quote Commercial Lines of Insurance such as General Liability , Worker's Comp, Commercial Auto

Do follow ups with documentation and information requested by clients and insurance carriers

Point of contact when new clients call in for quotes

Entering information in CRM System

Receive and/or forward any required information to carriers for quote approvals

Follow up with client for any other documentation that may be required

Be willing to communicate with Insurance Carriers for required information or documentation

Requirements

Must be bilingual - Spanish

Prior Experience in Sales

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Multi-tasker

Knowledge in Windows, Word, Excel
