About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead the global talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on both retail and corporate roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing hiring strategy, developing employer branding initiatives, and building high-performing teams in partnership with senior leadership. This executive-level role demands a visionary leader who can define how the organization attracts, engages, and retains top talent. The VP will have a significant impact on the company's growth, innovation, and culture, and must be adept at leading enterprise-wide recruiting strategies, particularly within the fashion, retail, and consumer products industries. Applicants for the VP of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership capacity. A background in fashion, apparel, luxury retail, lifestyle brand, beauty, or consumer products is essential. The role requires a proven track record in executive recruiting, workforce planning, and building employer branding and talent attraction strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, matrixed organizations, and be adept at utilizing recruiting analytics, KPIs, and talent acquisition technologies. Experience in international recruiting and exposure to visa sponsorship, immigration, and relocation programs is a plus.
