Position Overview
As a Roofing Sales Representative (Setter/Closer), you will be responsible for generating your own leads, setting appointments, running consultations, and closing roofing projects from start to finish.
This is a true full-cycle sales role designed for independent, high-output individuals who thrive in competitive environments.
What You’ll Do
Prospect daily through door knocking, networking, referrals, and self-generated outreach
Build and maintain your own sales pipeline
Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
Run appointments and present roofing services professionally
Negotiate and close deals independently
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
Track sales activity and manage your territory effectively
Consistently hit personal sales and revenue goals
