Join a Respected, Long-Standing Law Firm
Our established and well-respected law firm is seeking a Washington-licensed Bankruptcy Attorney to join the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in the Pacific Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney residing in Oregon who is licensed to practice law in Washington and is looking for a stable, salary-based position with a reputable firm.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.
- Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to individuals and businesses facing financial challenges.
- Prepare and review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and related pleadings.
- Attend hearings, creditor meetings, and court proceedings as required.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar. Fall 2026 Washington Bar admittance OK
- Residency in Oregon.
- 0 - 3 years of bankruptcy law experience (more experience welcomed).
- Strong knowledge of federal bankruptcy laws and procedures.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a team.
