Job Details Macomb County, MI Full-Time Description Create and participate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs and coordinate with other personnel, including Registered Behavior Technicians, other Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists. Perform client evaluations and assessments, track progress, provide reporting, and monitor case quality. Liaison with Executive Management, Director of Operations, and Administration staff in a strategic advisory role to ensure that staffing, case management, compliance, facility, processes, and procedures are effective and optimized for service, efficiency, and profitability. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a similar clinical or program management role 1+ years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Active license in the State of Michigan Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) practices Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families and caregivers Knowledge of practices, methodologies, interventions, and treatments that benefit children with ASD Knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, compliance, and confidentiality Excellent collaboration, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills Strong clinical, administrative, customer service and training skills Ability to meet assigned goals and work well under pressure Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Clean driving record and the ability to travel (less than 5%) for occasional training, conference attendance, business meetings or client services Ability to pass a criminal background check Advantageous Qualifications Credentialing with major insurance carriers in Michigan Familiar with research findings in the field of ASD treatments Experience with software and systems used for ABA and related therapies Experience with in-home care and/or telemedicine Ability to speak multiple languages Other Information Competitive pay Flexible hours Bonus opportunity Benefits Bonus opportunities Group Health Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical with low deductibles, Dental and Vision) with half of employee's premium covered by the Company $50,000 in company paid life insurance Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance up to $300,000 Voluntary Short Term Disability Voluntary Long Term Disability Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Sick Time 401K Retirement Savings Plan with Company Matching Voluntary Critical Illness Coverage Voluntary Accident Coverage Employee Assistance Program Employee Discount Program Prescription Discount Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
