Senior Product ManagerOur client is a cloud-based SaaS company focused on K-12 safety. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives from concept through launch and adoption, partnering closely with engineering to solve challenges. You will steward the roadmap for a critical product area, ensuring measurable outcomes that make learning environments safer, more equitable, and more effective.In this role, you will translate customer and market insights into clear priorities, align cross-functional teams on strategy, and drive execution with rigor. You will set and track KPIs, close the loop post-launch, and continuously refine the product based on data and user feedback. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end delivery in a mission-driven environment that values collaboration, accountability, and tangible impact for students and educators.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap and strategy for an assigned product area and be accountable for measurable outcomesDevelop deep empathy for IT directors, educators, and students to define problems worth solvingEvangelize the product internally and align marketing, sales, support, engineering, and leadership on a shared directionMaintain a prioritized backlog with clear requirements, designs, and acceptance criteria for the development teamDrive execution across engineering, adapting processes to the needs of the team and project phaseEstablish baselines and track KPIs to assess launch success and ongoing product performanceOversee customer hand-off, acceptance testing, and post-launch monitoring; feed insights back into the roadmapLeverage AI tools and workflows across research, requirements, specs, design, documentation, and data analysis; elevate best practices for the teamPartner cross-functionally to ensure go-to-market readiness and strong product adoptionChampion a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountabilityJob Requirements5–7+ years of experience in EdTech or B2B SaaS product managementProven track record of owning a product or product line end-to-end with demonstrated execution and impactHands-on experience using AI tools to improve product and software development workflows (e.g., research synthesis, requirements drafting, prototyping, data analysis, documentation)Genuine motivation to improve outcomes for students and the educators who support themExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to make compelling technical and strategic cases to executives and development teamsAbility to move fluidly between autonomous work and close collaboration as project needs evolveStrength in holistic, design-thinking problem solving with meticulous attention to detailAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects from early concept through delivery in a deadline-driven environmentDirect, concise communicator with low tolerance for buzzwords and fluffDecisive under ambiguity; comfortable making informed calls with incomplete informationComfortable wearing multiple hats on a lean team and contributing to cross-functional initiativesBachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experienceExperience in the K-12 or broader education industry (nice to have)Experience designing and implementing AI features at scale (nice to have)
