Talented individuals have an opportunity to grow with our organization as they participate in a management training program to become a successful leader within our auto group.

Qualified candidates will learn the business from the ground up by starting their program as an automotive consultant. They will have an opportunity to participate in industry-leading training programs as they develop their skills through formal and on-the-job training they receive as they are mentored through the program.

Job requirements:

• Self-starter
• Ability to invest a significant amount of personal time and energy outside business hours to the education and training process
• Social media skills are a plus
• Strong auto sales and/or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong ethics and values
• Must be able to proficiently use a computer and computer software
• Excellent people skills
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record test
