Our Comprehensive Benefits One week of vacation after one year, two weeks of vacation after three years, and three weeks of vacation after 10 years Six days PTO/sick time per year Competitive compensation with unlimited earning potential Employee discounts Low‑deductible BCBS health insurance plus vision, dental, and voluntary insurance options (disability, cancer insurance, etc.) 401(k) savings plan with company participation Paid holidays Closed on Sundays Sales Consultant Responsibilities Communicate with guests through email, phone, and in‑person interactions Offer assistance and direction to guests throughout the car‑buying process Assist guests in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs Work directly with coworkers and guests to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Stay connected with guests beyond the purchase to ensure satisfaction throughout their vehicle ownership Sales Consultant Qualifications Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computation skills and computer literacy Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays Previous experience in sales, especially in the retail or automotive industries is a plus Professional, well‑groomed appearance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to submit to pre‑employment drug screen and background check Arrow's Benefits - What Makes Us Different I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. Arrow Ford is a Registered Apprenticeship Program through the Department of Labor and has a partnership with Cisco College and Collegiate Education to offer coursework and training for automotive technicians.
