You will leverage data, insights, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and influence decisions that create lasting value for customers, advisors, and the business. What you'll be doingSupport the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and long-term success across Retirement Plan SolutionsLeverage data, market intelligence, and business insights to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging needs that inform strategic decision-making and future business directionPartner with leaders across the organization to translate business priorities into actionable plans, aligning initiatives across distribution, service, technology, operations, and other key functionsConduct research, analysis, and business assessments to evaluate opportunities, develop recommendations, and build compelling business cases that support investment and strategic planning decisionsHelp shape multi-year business plans and growth strategies, connecting strategic objectives to executable initiatives, measurable outcomes, and business prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success measures, establish key performance indicators, and monitor progress against strategic goalsDrive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance business performance through data-driven insightsServe as a trusted strategic advisor, providing thought partnership, analytical expertise, and recommendations that help leaders navigate complex business challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities What we’re looking forMust-have experience (Required):3 - 5+ Years business analytics and/or project management experience in financial services that directly align with the responsibilities4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to communicate knowledgeable and credibly with senior management and internal constituentsStrong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlinesAbility to design and develop solutions aligned to strategic plansNice-to have Experience (Preferred):Workplace Solutions product and services knowledgeFamiliarity with client, broker, and employee-facing portal capabilitiesWorking knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and emerging trends, with an ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, personalize interactions, automate processes, and improve business outcomes Application DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted through August 21st, 2026 subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume What’s it like to work here?At Lincoln Financial, we love what we do. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
