Fire Protection Sales Manager

A commercial fire protection company supporting clients across 6+ southeastern states is hiring a Fire Protection Sales Manager to manage and grow an established book of business. This role focuses on account management and expansion , not cold prospecting, with responsibility for driving $3M–$8M in annual revenue across inspection, service, and installation. What You Will Do Manage 50–150 existing commercial accounts across healthcare, industrial, and multi-site portfolios Grow revenue within current clients by 15%–25% annually through renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell Oversee service agreements, inspections, and system upgrades across assigned accounts Maintain 90%+ contract retention rate across the client base Identify expansion opportunities within existing facilities and multi-location clients Partner with operations to ensure delivery timelines and compliance with NFPA standards Maintain CRM pipeline with weekly forecast accuracy within ±10% Required Experience 5+ years of experience in fire protection, life safety, or mechanical service sales/account management Experience managing existing books of business ($1M+ revenue) Knowledge of one or more: Inspection and service contracts Experience working with 3–7 stakeholder decision groups Working knowledge of NFPA codes or ability to learn within 60 days Compensation & Incentives Bonus tied to: Revenue growth within accounts ( target: 110%+ ) Car allowance + mileage reimbursement Why This Role No cold prospecting – focus on expanding a warm, active client base Average account value: $25K–$250K annually Strong repeat business and multi-year service agreements in place Clear path to Regional Sales Director within 12–24 months High visibility role with direct impact on regional revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr JRG Partners, LLC.
