Hello friends! Legacy AFH is hiring an LPN ( new grads welcome ) for our night shift position. We’re looking for a friendly, eager-to-learn, and reliable LPN to join our team and share in the values of our ventilator care facility. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of ventilator care in Vancouver.

About the position:

• We are starting at $43/hour.
• Two 12-hour nights per week (Wed & Thu, 7 PM–7 AM) · Benefits-eligible

About Legacy AFH:

Legacy AFH is a six-bed adult family home in Vancouver, WA specializing in high-acuity ventilator and tracheostomy care. This is a focused, low-census setting — where you have a fixed number of residents that you provide care for with a CNA. Each 12 hour shift has one LPN and one CNA for 6 residents. We have never been understaffed in the history of our facility.

What you'll do:

As our overnight nurse, you'll provide direct care to ventilator- and trach-dependent residents: monitoring, documentation, medication administration, and responding to changes in condition — always backed by clear clinical protocols and on-site support.

What you'll need

• An active, unencumbered Washington LPN license (RNs are warmly welcome to apply too)
