As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Answering, screening, and routing incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, text, and web-based systems.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Registering patients and verifying insurance eligibility.
• Reviewing insurance benefits and communicating estimated financial responsibilities.
• Performing accurate data entry while maintaining data integrity.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferences:

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with various health insurance plans.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience using medical scheduling or practice management systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, or other languages.
