Job Description

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve challenges proactively.
• Conduct daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects (experience with grocery, retail, or healthcare projects a plus).
• TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Ability to travel extensively and manage projects in various locations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction technology and scheduling tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality on every job site.
