IT Support Specialist

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Active Directory, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and endpoint security tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a full range of on-site and remote end-user support for the organization’s network.
• Repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications.
• Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat, or in person.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems.
• Set up new workstations and manage onboarding or offboarding tasks, including user account creation and permission setups.
• Maintain inventory records for hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies.
• Escalate complex or network-wide issues to senior system or network administrators.

Qualification And Education:

• Typically requires a high school diploma, vocational training, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of relevant IT support or service desk experience.
