You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long‑lasting customer relations. Help our agency grow through customer acquisition and retention. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance. Ability to be part of a team‑focused environment and support meeting agency goals. Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of team leaders. Qualifications Complete two pre‑employment assessments about 30 minutes each. 5 years work experience. Self‑motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to produce results. Ability to multi‑task. Experience managing client relationships. Able to effectively relate to a customer. Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
