Fairway Home Detailing is hiring an experienced Service Coordinator to manage customer communication and scheduling for our residential home maintenance services. You’ll follow jobs from customer inquiry and estimate follow-up through scheduling and completion, coordinating with homeowners and field crews as plans change. Responsibilities - Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails; keep open requests and estimates moving. - Schedule, confirm, and adjust service appointments. - Coordinate crew schedules and arrival windows, and keep customers informed of changes. - Maintain accurate job details and follow-up notes. Qualifications - At least 2 years of customer-facing office experience that included appointment scheduling, service coordination, or dispatch. - Strong phone and written communication, organization, and follow-through. - Home-service or field-team scheduling experience preferred. Pay within the range depends on directly relevant experience; proven home-service scheduling or dispatch experience qualifies for the higher end.
