Immediate start available for a scheduled duration through March 2027 with extension potential.Quick FactsLocation: Bridgeton, MOStart Date: 11/30/2026End Date: 03/01/2027Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch)Hours/Week: 40 hours/weekEmployment Type: Contract/TemporaryLicense/Certs: Missouri medical license, BC in Radiation Oncology, BLSExperience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experiencePay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $327.60Benefits include:Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time (per applicable law)Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoProvide expert radiation oncology consultations and follow-ups for adult and geriatric patients.Support procedures including CT simulation, 3D conformal planning, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, and intracavitary/interstitial implants.Review imaging, assess toxicity, and develop supportive care plans.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation therapists, physicists, oncology RNs, and dosimetrists.Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC with Aria platform.Log stereotactic cases and support high-quality patient care for diverse tumor types such as breast, prostate, CNS, head/neck, lung, GI/GU, skin, and emergent cases.What You NeedMD/DO with BC in Radiation OncologyMissouri medical license or eligibility to obtainBLS certificationAt least 1 year of experience in radiation oncology practiceProficiency in procedures such as CT planning, conformal therapy, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, and brachytherapyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbout the AssignmentThis position supports a hospital-based department with a dedicated team managing about 21 adult and geriatric patients daily. Key procedures include advanced radiation therapy techniques, tumor boards, and emergent oncology cases.
