We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Nursing Operations: Manage the day-to-day nursing activities, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignments.
Provide Clinical Direction: Offer guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring quality care that aligns with our standards and exceeds resident expectations.
Monitor Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments, including therapy, rehabilitation, and care management, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Development and Team Building: Lead and develop nursing staff, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years as an ADON in a Nursing Home
Level of Education: BSN
