Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. Personal Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized in-home support and companionship.

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
• Provide medication reminders and companionship
• Help clients maintain independence and safety in their homes
• Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift lengths

Caregiver Requirements Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required. Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training provided by Right at Home. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check. Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate personality. Passion for helping seniors and individuals needing in-home care.
