Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 3 Years or more

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Responsible for providing Audio Visual RunOps Support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Polycom Video Conferencing.
• The primary focus is to set up audiovisual equipment, engage customers, Conduct Quality Control Analysis, Operate and Troubleshoot Sound and Video.
• The primary key is understanding the concepts around video and audio Conferencing / Presence.

Experience Required:

• Troubleshooting and supporting audio visual hardware.
• Technical skills.
• Highly polished communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong Accountability and ownership.

• AV Tech Supporting 400+ conference rooms in Deerfield, IL Chicago, IL
