- Assist in diagnosing and resolving client system issues (remotely and in-person).
- Support the lead service technician on site visits.
- Maintain service records and uphold high standards for system uptime and functionality.
- Learn and adopt standard service processes with a path toward independent assignments.
- 1-3 years of AV cabling or basic install experience (retrofit or new construction).
- Familiarity with smart home systems like Control4, Savant, or similar is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
