(in Yrs) 3 Years or more
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Responsible for providing Audio Visual RunOps Support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Polycom Video Conferencing. The primary focus is to set up audiovisual equipment, engage customers, Conduct Quality Control Analysis, Operate and Troubleshoot Sound and Video. The primary key is understanding the concepts around video and audio Conferencing / Presence.
Experience Required Troubleshooting and supporting audio visual hardware.
Technical skills.
Highly polished communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task
Strong Accountability and ownership.
