Job Category Customer Service, Inside Sales Employee Type Full Time Description What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with customers through regular phone interactions Identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend products that meet customer needs Introduce new products, promotions, and supplier offerings to grow customer sales Take ownership of customer inquiries, orders, and problem resolution Create positive customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business Support sales territories and partner closely with our field sales team Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Assist customers with inventory questions, product information, pricing, and account needs Help customers grow their business through consultative selling and product knowledge What Makes You Successful You enjoy connecting with people and building lasting relationships You're motivated by goals, results, and helping customers succeed You can confidently ask for the sale and overcome objections You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask You bring a positive attitude and strong communication skills to every interaction Why Join Us? Requirements What We're Looking For Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support experience preferred Experience in distribution, wholesale, beverage, or related industries is a plus Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Summary Build Relationships.
