Non-Profit Executive Director
Bishop & Company is seeking an experienced Executive Director on behalf of the Hawaii Parkinson Association,  a statewide nonprofit dedicated to helping Hawaii's community live well with Parkinson's Disease through education, outreach, support, and advocacy.

This is an opportunity to lead a respected Hawaii nonprofit and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by Parkinson's Disease. As Executive Director, you will serve as the face of the organization, fundraiser, and community ambassador, working alongside the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission and long-term growth.
What You'll Do

• Lead fundraising, donor cultivation, and sponsorship efforts
• Develop and execute organizational strategy and annual goals
• Manage budgets and organizational operations
• Partner with the Board of Directors on governance and planning
• Build relationships with donors, healthcare providers, and community partners
• Serve as HPA's primary spokesperson and representative
• Recruit, engage, and support volunteers and community advocates

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising, development, executive leadership, or related experience
• Proven success securing donations, sponsorships, grants, or other fundraising revenue
• Experience managing budgets, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder relationships
• Experience working with boards, volunteers, and community partners
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• Experience in healthcare, patient advocacy, or mission-driven organizations is a plus

Role Details
Travel: Interisland and occasional mainland travel

Schedule: Full-time with flexibility for evening and weekend community events
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation is determined individually based on the experience, qualifications, and expertise each candidate brings to the role.
Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, demonstrated capabilities, and overall alignment with the role.

This range is not a guarantee of a specific salary. Final compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, budget considerations, and other job-related factors.

• $75,000-$90,000 annual base salary plus bonus opportunity tied to fundraising and outreach goals
