Territory Manager

EMJ Metals is seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our South Florida territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and expanding market share within the metals distribution industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building Manage and grow an existing book of business within the assigned territory Conduct in-person customer visits to understand needs and provide tailored solutions Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand Qualifications: 2–5 years of outside sales experience (metals or industrial distribution preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory Willingness to travel regularly within the South Florida region Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus commission structure Company vehicle Opportunities for career advancement Supportive, team-oriented culture Join EMJ Metals and play a key role in driving growth while delivering exceptional value to our customers across South Florida. #J-18808-Ljbffr
