We are looking for a motivated Territory Canvassing Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performing field team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Home Improvement Industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive results.

As a Territory Canvassing Manager, you will oversee recruitment, field operations, territory planning, and team performance while helping grow and strengthen our canvassing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
• Develop and oversee assigned territories and neighborhood coverage plans
• Plan daily field schedules and optimize team routes
• Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity and appointment goals
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
• Build a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager and Canvassing Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Experience in the Home Improvement Industry required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience managing field teams and territory planning
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
