Job Opportunity: Chief of Oral Health

Our organization is seeking a full-time oral and maxillofacial surgeon to take on the role of Chief of Oral Health within the Division of the Department of Surgery. This position entails engaging in a comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery practice while also providing administrative leadership for both OMFS and Dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical practices and administrative functions.
• Facilitate didactic and clinical training for residents.
• Engage in outreach and philanthropic initiatives.
• Collaborate with community organizations as needed.
• Support and promote clinically focused research efforts.
• Manage a general practice residency alongside the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.

Qualifications

• Must possess a DDS or DMD degree.
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is required.
• Credentials and experience should align with an academic appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945, based on academic rank and experience.
