Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, building warm, trusting relationships. Assist with daily living activities such as eating, walking, dressing, and grooming to encourage client independence and enhance well-being. Collaborate closely with care teams to observe, document, and communicate any changes in clients' health status. Engage clients in hobbies and recreational activities tailored to their individual interests and preferences. Requirements Prior experience in in-home care is preferred; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with care teams. A compassionate, dependable work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality, non-medical companion care founded on empathy, dignity, and respect. Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment screenings. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, with bi-weekly payments.
