Management Analyst

Salary Range: $73,160 - $90,000

Provide administrative and operations support to PMA-228 test team.

Essential Job Functions:

Including but not limited to:

• General office management
• Calendar management
• Office material procurement
• Rosters
• Visit requests
• Travel management
• Facilities
• Property management.
• Works directly with management and staff to determine required actions to support the broad-based mission of the test team and actively communicates results both verbally and in writing.
• Liaison within the test team and with external activities/government agencies to convey tasking and provide information required to initiate and complete support actions.
• Provides analytical and coordinating support to management. Implements overall business management approaches reviews and evaluates the need for process improvements and problem solving.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

An Associate degree plus 7 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in office management, filing, and related office equipment operations with at least 3 of those years with related administrative and analytical experience.

Active Secret Clearance.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of the NAVAIR travel system DTS (Defense Travel System).

Knowledge of DISS (Defense Information Security System).

Knowledge of CMP (Common Message Processor) system.

Knowledge of BASICS II (Base Access Security Information Control System).
