Job Summary:
Provides senior program and project management analysis support through evaluation of objectives, analysis of requirements and schedules, and management of program documentation, change control, and data management activities.
Essential Duties:
- Applies analytical techniques in evaluating program and project objectives
- Analyzes requirements
- Analyzes status information
- Analyzes budgets
- Analyzes schedules
- Performs management analyses
- Performs technical analyses
- Performs business case analyses
- Collects data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
- Completes data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
- Organizes data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
- Interprets data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
- Tracks program and project status
- Tracks program and project schedules
- Applies government processes for documentation management
- Applies government processes for change control management
- Applies government processes for data management
Education:
- MA/MSdegree
Experience:
- More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
- Desired: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Ability to perform analytical evaluations
- Ability to analyze budgets and schedules
- Ability to organize and interpret program data
- Knowledge of documentation management processes
- Knowledge of change control management processes
- Knowledge of data management processes
