Job Summary:
Provides senior program and project management analysis support through evaluation of objectives, analysis of requirements and schedules, and management of program documentation, change control, and data management activities.
Essential Duties:
Applies analytical techniques in evaluating program and project objectives
Analyzes requirements
Analyzes status information
Analyzes budgets
Analyzes schedules
Performs management analyses
Performs technical analyses
Performs business case analyses
Collects data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
Completes data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
Organizes data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
Interprets data relating toaircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
Tracks program and project status
Tracks program and project schedules
Applies government processes for documentation management
Applies government processes for change control management
Applies government processes for data management
Education:
MA/MSdegree
Experience:
More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
Desired: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
Ability to perform analytical evaluations
Ability to analyze budgets and schedules
Ability to organize and interpret program data
Knowledge of documentation management processes
Knowledge of change control management processes
Knowledge of data management processes
