Assisting Account Executives and Brokers on assigned accounts, the part-time hourly Illinois Licensed Account Specialist will manage key processes in the commercial risk business, ensuring timely client deliverables and effective communication with internal and outsourced partners while working flexibly from home in Bannockburn, IL. Key responsibilities Assist with client-facing and internal activities related to renewals, invoicing, and compliance documentation Mentor junior staff and support complex account functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables Maintain accurate records in the system of record and respond to field office requests efficiently Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or five plus years of industry experience 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal clients Must maintain an appropriate insurance broker's license or obtain it within 6 months of hire
