Responsibilities

Canyon Ranch is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing, passionate, and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of HR initiatives while playing an important role in attracting, welcoming, and supporting our employees throughout their journey with Canyon Ranch.

You will serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and provide broad support for day-to-day human resources activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee events, benefits, and training. You will also play an active role in recruiting by driving the hiring process from job posting through onboarding, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, scheduling hiring meetings, preparing recruitment materials, and helping ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to employment verification requests, assisting employees with benefits education and enrollment forms, maintaining employee personnel and confidential records, and coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and employee trainings. You will partner with hiring managers and HR team members to support recruiting efforts, help coordinate candidate communications and interviews, and assist with a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.

Compensation: $21.63-$27.50 per hour

Qualifications

1-2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, supporting an extremely fast paced department.

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, ADP, ICIM's. 

You should have a passion for helping people and solving problems with an intuitive follow-up ability and customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both via email and phone. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. You also enjoy being in a role that supports and assists HR Leaders and being one very important piece of the team.
