In this exciting role, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent - while ensuring a high-quality, tailored experience for each client. You'll also collaborate closely with international recruitment partners, building strong global relationships and contributing to a truly connected and high-performing hiring network.Responsibilities include:Partner closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business goalsCreate and publish compelling, targeted job advertisements that attract the right talentProactively source and engage high-quality candidates through strategic search methodsInterview and assess shortlisted candidates, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fitBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and resultsDeliver tailored recruitment solutions that adapt to clients' changing needsStay closely connected with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuously refining hiring strategiesDrive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, developing leads, and expanding existing accountsWhat will make you stand out:Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within a staffing agency environmentFamiliarity with both temporary staffing and direct hire processesExisting client and candidate network is a strong plusClear and effective communication skills to engage confidently with candidates, clients, and colleaguesAbility to build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and stakeholdersStrong negotiation skills to successfully manage offers and agreementsExcellent organizational skills to juggle multiple candidates, schedules, and prioritiesSolid understanding of the roles you recruit for, including required skills and experienceFluent-level French with a good command of English (B2)Who we are and what we do:Safeguard Global is…global!
