We're 121 Partners, a new Amazon Freight Partner in Chattanooga, building our founding driver team for regional routes starting in late August 2026. The schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, so you're off about half the year Only two nights in the sleeper per 8-day cycle. You're home the other nights you work. Your schedule is set by mid-week, so you know your week before it starts Open to discussing flex and coverage arrangements Pay, built as a stack: $23 per hour base rate, paid weekly, W-2 Overtime on your heavier weeks. Weeks alternate: Lighter week, about 40 hours: roughly $940 gross Heavier week with overtime: roughly $1,400 gross Up to $300 per month in performance bonuses: on-time departure, on-time arrival, and safety score, up to $100 each You may be eligible for a $500 bonus after you work your 90th day $200 referral bonus, open to anyone Based on this pay structure, and assuming you work full shifts/hours per each year, you can potentially earn roughly $61,000 to $64,000+ gross per year , with the upper end reflecting full monthly performance bonuses. Actual earnings vary by hours and routes assigned. We'll walk you through all of it when we talk. What you'll do: Regional round-trip routes out of the greater Chattanooga area, hauling Amazon freight Each run is a round trip of about 38 hours door to door: An on-duty period out A 10-hour reset in the sleeper An on-duty period back Two runs per work block, which is your two sleeper nights per cycle Drop and hook, no-touch freight. No loading, unloading, pallet jacks, tarps, straps, HAZMAT, or doubles. Fuel, tolls, and parking are on us Equipment and safety support: Late-model branded sleeper cabs, serviced on schedule with issues handled fast Company-provided device, so work stays off your personal phone Netradyne in-cab alerts for following distance, lane discipline, fatigue, and distraction. It also protects you if another driver files a false claim. HOS compliant every run All eligible employees are offered the following benefits. Our contract runs 52 weeks a year. This job isn't for everyone, and we'd rather be upfront. This might not be your seat if you: Prefer driving without safety monitoring or GPS during shifts Cut corners on hours of service. We track and report HOS every run. Need specific holidays guaranteed off. Your off-blocks rotate year-round, and we can't guarantee the days right before or after major holidays. What you'll need: Valid Class A CDL, 3+ months tractor-trailer experience preferred, open to discussing other backgrounds At least 21 years old Meet eligibility requirements in MVRC (motor vehicle records check) and PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) standards, with no current CDL suspension or revocation Current DOT medical certificate, and able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen Able to read and speak English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records Comfortable using a smartphone and company-provided device You’ll be employed by 121 Partners, not by Amazon. 121 Partners is an independent Amazon Freight Partner operating under a separate program agreement with Amazon.
