Orange County Real Estate Development Company / Property Management Company seeks an Accountant.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of FIVE years' experience with Real Estate Development / Residential / Property Management Field.
- Must have extensive experience in preparing financial statements.
- Expert knowledge of YARDI is a MUST .
- Post all month-end journal entries and closing.
- Ability to review, analyze and prepare adjusting journal entries to the general ledger a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Tax Code experience is helpful.
- Required Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in accounting or finance.
- Energetic, hard-working and bright.
- CPA
Stable past employment history is required. Company is located in Laguna Hills. Candidate should live within 25 minutes of Laguna Hills.
