Senior Accountant

About the Opportunity Our client in Costa Mesa is seeking a Senior Accountant for a long?term contract role (over 1 year) supporting theirteam. This positionplays a key role in month?end financial activities. The ideal candidate is detail?oriented, comfortable managing a high volume of reconciliations and journal entries, and able to step into a fast?paced environment with confidence. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly expense and revenue analysis Prepare 10–15 journal entries each month. Completeaccount reconciliations monthly. Support month?end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting. Collaborate with team members and cross?functional partners to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Maintain strong documentation and support audit?ready financials. Qualifications 3–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or operational accounting. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Experience with Oracle or equivablent ERP system Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high?volume environment.
